This special formula was created by Mahasidha Thangtong Gyalpo, also known as “Iron Bridge Maker” and is called the White Pills. It is said to balance Wind (རླུང་), Tripa (མཁྲིས་པ་) and Beken (བད་ཀན་), and cure all 404 classes of disorders.
Works deeply on Beken(བད་ཀན་ Phlegm) and blood (ཁྲག་), while gently harmonizing all three humors. It is especially suited for conditions of cold, heaviness, and long-standing stagnation, where the body has lost its ability to properly transform, move, and clear. Through warming, drying, and regulating actions, it supports a gradual return to balance, clarity, and coordinated function.
Digestive system - at the level of digestion, Drubril regulates Decomposing Phlegm (བད་ཀན་མྱག་བྱེད་) in the stomach, which is responsible for the proper breakdown of food. When this aspect of Beken becomes disturbed, digestion slows, leading to heaviness after eating, bloating, nausea, and a tendency toward high acidity, reflux, or ulcers. Drubril gently warms the digestive fire (མེ་དྲོད་), and disperses accumulated cold and dampness. As a result, food is processed more efficiently, symptoms such as heartburn, chronic gastritis, and constipation are reduced, and the uncomfortable sensation of fullness or stagnation in the abdomen gradually disappears.
Lung disorders - Drubril is particularly effective in conditions where phlegm has accumulated in the lungs and chest, creating obstruction and heaviness. It warms the lungs and clears thick, stagnant mucus, making it more fluid and easier to expel, even from the deepest pathways. This is especially beneficial for chronic, unproductive coughs in which sputum is difficult to bring up, as well as for bronchitis, asthma, and a persistent feeling of tightness or constriction in the chest.
Metabolism, weight & blood balance - this formula is valuable in conditions of slow metabolism, excess weight, and disturbances in blood quality. By regulating Experiencing Phlegm (མྱོང་བྱེད་), Drubril restores a healthy sense of satiety, helping to reduce overeating driven by imbalance rather than true hunger.
