This tea helps alleviate loss of appetite, indigestion, heavy mind and body, excessive sleeping, and lower back pain. Made according to the Tibetan medicine pharmacology, this tea helps balance phlegm humour in our body.

Phlegm energy gets out of balance due to low activity and excess consumption of sweets, cold foods, carbohydrates, etc.

This tea is best taken in the morning time but it can be taken at any time during the day too.
