Terms and conditions of use of www.daknang.com website

Welcome to the online store www.daknang.com, website owned and operated by Pure Vision Sorig Ltd. By using the www.daknang.com website you agree to comply with and be bound by Terms & Conditions (hereinafter – Terms) stated herein. Therefore, please review them with due attention.

1. Intellectual Property

All the content provided on the www.daknang.com website is the intellectual property of Pure Vision Sorig SIA and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and proprietary rights law.

2. Acceptance

By using www.daknang.com website, you agree to the Terms, which constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Vision Sorig SIA. The Terms supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and warranties and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the Pure Vision Sorig SIA, the www.daknang.com website contents and any services provided on the www.daknang.com website. In the event of any discrepancies between Terms and any other agreements, current Terms shall prevail. 

3. Amendments

The Terms may be amended by Pure Vision Sorig SIA at any time, and shall be immediately updated on the www.daknang.com website. You are therefore advised to review the Terms each time you visit the www.daknang.com website. 

4. Disclaimer

Pure Vision Sorig SIA makes no claim for the therapeutic qualities of the herbal dietary supplements, presented in the online shop. However, the traditional values of herbs used in Pure Vision Sorig SIA herbal extracts are well known and information may be obtained from official scientific monographs, books, and the Internet publications. 

5. Limitation of liability

In no event shall we, our subsidiaries, employees, contractors, or our manufacturers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, consequential or multiplied damages arising out of or in connection with our website, our services or this agreement. 

6. Data protection

All information gathered and processed on the www.daknang.com website is fully compliant and regulated by EU DGPR guidelines posted on the www.daknang.com website separately. Any questions in regards of data protection shall be forwarded to daknang@daknang.com e-mail.

PART 2

Distance contract for purchase of goods

Pure Vision Sorig SIA (The Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia reg. Nr. 40103931204), with registered office at Katrīnas dambis 17-6, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia, as a Seller on the one hand and the Customer who makes the purchase/purchases at Seller’s owned and operated www.daknang.com online store on the other hand, enter into the distance contract (hereinafter – the agreement), stipulate and agree on the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Checkout

Checkout process consists of three steps – Shipping, Billing, Order complete.

1.1.On the Shipping page you have to provide Shipping address and personal details and then to choose delivery method.

1.2.On the Check out page you are given an option to choose a payment method, currently we provide possibility to make a Direct bank transfer, to pay with the Credit/Debit card and to pay through Paypal. Payment with Paypal Holdings Inc (Paypal) is made in a conventional way, facilitated by Shopify Inc. Whereas Direct bank transfers and payments with Credit/Debit cards is provided by AS “Maksekeskus”.

1.2.1Once the order has been registered, an acknowledgement of the order is sent to the Customer at the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

1.2.2.If a Customer does not receive the acknowledgement of the order, Customer must notify the Seller in written form, sending an e-mail to daknang@daknang.com or by other provided means of communication in the Contacts section of the www.daknang.com website.

1.2.3.Seller prepares an invoice for the order and sends it to the Customer at the e-mail address provided within 1-3 days after the registration of the order or on the checkout page appears Paypal payment system or on the checkout page appears option to pay with a bank card.

1.2.4.The payment must be made to the designated bank account only after the Seller has issued the invoice or according to the Paypal payment system or according to the bank card payment system.

1.2.5.If the Customer before paying for the order finds out that the information provided by the Seller is incorrect, then the Customer must notify the Seller in written form, sending an e-mail to daknang@daknang.com or by other by provided means of communication in the Contacts section of the www.daknang.com website.

1.3.Order complete page provides a summary of your order and order status.

2. Price formation and Delivery

2.1. The prices of the products are stated in euro’s, including the value added tax.

2.2. The cost of shipping is not included in the price. The cost of shipping and delivery time is calculated in the course of checkout, separately.

2.3. Delivery time depends on the type of payment and delivery method type.

2.4. We ship Worldwide with only few exceptions.

3. Customer’s rights

3.1. The Customer makes a purchase either as an unregistered user or creating an account as a registered user.

3.2. The Customer has the right to choose any product and delivery method available on the www.daknang.com website.

3.3. The Customer has a right to return back to the Seller received products due to any reasons within 14 days from the date of actual receipt by sending them back or personally delivering them to Pure Vision Sorig Ltd. registered office: Katrīnas dambis 17-6, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia, subject to conditions specified in the 4^th section of this agreement.

3.4. The Customer has a right to cancel the order if the Seller has not managed to send out the product within 5 days from the moment of registration of the order.

4. Right of Refusal

4.1. In order to exercise the right of refusal, the Customer must fill out the Refusal Blank provided in the 8^th section of this agreement and send it to daknang@daknang.com e-mail.

4.2. Products have to be returned not damaged, sealed and in the original packaging.

4.3. Customer has to cover costs of shipping products back himself.

4.4. If the Customer has complied with all conditions, then within 5 working days after the product has reached Seller’s premises, the Seller is obliged to refund total sum for the returned products to the original bank account from which payment was executed, excluding delivery charge.

5. The Customer’s obligations

5.1. The Customer is obliged to get acquainted with the current distance contract and take the responsibility for the implementation of the stipulated herein terms and conditions.

5.2. Customer is obliged to fully comply with the right of refusal if deciding to exercise such right.

5.3. The Customer is obliged to take deliberate measures that directly or indirectly affect the use of www.daknang.com website, including, copy, store, archive, and fully or partially republish any information available on the website.

6. The Seller’s obligations

6.1. The Obligation of the Seller is to compensate in full amount total purchase sum for the damaged product or resend such product in a proper condition, if the product was not in a marketable condition before it was dispatched to the Customer.

6.2. The Seller’s obligation is to manage to dispatch Customer’s product within the informed handling time period, within 5 days from the moment of registration of the order.

6.3. The Seller has to completely follow Data protection rules regulated by EU DGPR guidelines posted on the www.daknang.com website separately.

6.4. The duty of the Seller is to provide the Customer with the correct and maximum accurate information about the products, pricing and delivery.

6.5. The Seller has the right to change the prices of the products without the consent of others.

6.6. The Seller has the right not to be held responsible for non-delivery of the order to the Customer in cases where inaccurate information was specified by the Customer.

6.7. Seller reserves the right not to process orders in cases where there is a suspicion that the Customer acquires goods for commercial/resale purposes.

6.8 Seller shall be entitled to modify or amend this Agreement. The changes take effect from the date of publication on the website www.daknang.com.

7. Duration of the contract

7.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon registration of the order and shall stay in force until all terms and conditions are met by all parties.

8. Refusal Blank

Please fill out the following form and send it to us electronically (daknang@daknang.com) with your signature.

If the Customer has complied with all the refusal terms and conditions, then within 5 days after the reception of the product back, the Seller has to transfer the value of the product to the Customer’s bank account.

*The total sum refunded equals to the price at which particular product was purchased, excluding delivery charge.   **Customer has to settle the costs of sending product back. ***The reason of return can be stated at Customer’s will.
